Genis provides structured exercises directly within the app when you need a moment to recalibrate and de-stress.
Types of Exercises
- Nerve Reset: Aimed at physically calming your nervous system using visual and haptic feedback. This often involves tactical breathing visualizers.
- Break The Cycle: A cognitive behavioral technique that helps you identify a negative thought spiral and effectively ground yourself back in the present moment.
You can access these from the main Exercise Library or they may be proactively suggested by the Smart Counselor or Apple Watch when a stress pattern is detected.
