1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Genis app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored on it. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Genis app, including its design, code, graphics, and interactive features, is the property of Genis (Shayne McCulloch) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genis (Shayne McCulloch) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
