Choosing Your Intelligence
Genis runs on the AI you trust. Pick the provider that fits how you want your companion to think, speak, and protect your privacy — and switch anytime from the Intelligence section in Settings.
Available Providers
- Google Gemini — dynamic, powerful insights, real-time video chat, the full Gemini voice roster, and Lyria-powered Mood Music.
- OpenAI GPT-Realtime — best-in-class realtime voice conversations.
- xAI Grok — fast, expressive voice agents with custom voice support.
- Apple Intelligence — private, fully on-device processing. Your words never leave your iPhone.
Bring Your Own Key or Use Credits
There are two ways to power Genis:
- Bring your own API key. Paste a key from your provider and Genis talks to it directly — you control the account and billing.
- AI Credits. Use the built-in credit gateway with no key required. Your first 100 credits are on us when you sign in with Apple, and Genis Pro includes 2,000 credits every month. Top-up packs are available anytime.
Credits and Genis Pro
Genis Pro also unlocks unlimited mood history, AI-powered insights, the full wellness library, and voice- and video-based coaching. You can review your credit balance and history in Settings → AI Credits.
